Plant Installation

2023
• Expansion vessell installed
• Installation of 31 solar panels

The system that we installed consists of 31 solar PV modules, which will generate in the region of 11,250 kWhs per year. The National Grid estimates that coal-fired power generation is responsible for 950 grams of carbon per kWh of power generated. As we all strive to reduce our dependency on fossil fuels by installing renewable energy systems such as rooftop solar PV, we reduce the required kWhs from coal, a bit at a time. Based on that National Grid estimate, the system at 66 Buckingham Gate will help lessen the need for coal-fired power and help

reduce the UK’s carbon footprint by approx. 10.6 tonnes of carbon per annum, and upwards of 300 tonnes of carbon over its expected lifetime of performance.
